Welcome to Dream Generation.
Founded by siblings Hector Arroyo De La Paz and Leslie Arroyo, Dream Generation is an initiative that aims to increase diversity in higher education and in turn, increase the number of minority-group professionals in the United States.
Being from first-generation low-income backgrounds, Hector and Leslie are aware of the many challenges minority students face while navigating the college application process and transitioning to four-year institutions. Therefore, they are committed to assist these students and provide them with all the necessary resources and tools to succeed.
Over the past two years, Hector and Leslie have assisted students in their local High Desert community apply to college and have had students accepted into the top universities in the nation. Dream Generation aims to expand their reach and assist even more students especially those of first-generation, low-income, or undocumented backgrounds.
Dream Generation offers a variety of free services including college and career guidance, educational workshops, and networking programs. Dream Generation will work one-on-one with students to explore college and career options and assist them with their college admission and financial aid applications.
Dream Generation aims to create change and help develop the next generation of leaders.
